What is R.E.A.P?:

The Rural Energy for America Program (R.E.A.P.) provides 50% funding of eligible project costs to agricultural producers and rural small businesses for renewable energy systems or to make energy efficiency improvements.

Who is Eligible?:

Small rural business with a population under 50,000

Eligible Upgrades:

Examples of eligible upgrades:

  • High-efficiency heating, Ventilation, & Air Conditioning Systems (HVAC)

  • Insulation

  • Lighting, Door & Windows

  • Refrigeration Units

  • Replacement of Energy-Inefficient Equipment
